Went full-time on my own projects. This is where a continuous build record starts: a P2P tunnel in Rust/Tauri, Convio (a Flask SaaS), a lyric-video generator in Python, and a geospatial AI platform.

LOOM — a wordless photo network built on Flutter with PostGIS and pgvector.
Miraie (3D home design) and Credo (Rust backend, a fine-tuned BERT, ONNX quantization, and in-browser WASM inference).
claude-peers-mcp — started building my own multi-agent orchestration layer on top of an OSS MCP server.
Built a personal LINE assistant on a VPS, then ran two live audits and remediation passes on it. Kept anonymous here.
navaddoxum-portfolio — an immersive 3D gallery you scroll endlessly inside a horizontal cylinder, down to a hand-built refracting glass orb at the entrance.
korekae-bot — 137 commits, plus VPS operations, live incident response, and a CI/CD pipeline I wrote myself.
Screen State Overlay — the design and nine proof-of-concept binaries for an overlay that reads state from screen pixels alone, never touching the target process.

Verse (layered-ide) — 96 commits. A two-stage rollout from a VS Code extension to a Tauri desktop app, shipping the real-refraction glass UI.

Verse Tools converged — an independent review caught two P0 contract breaks across the Rust/TypeScript boundary, closed to zero critical and zero high in two rounds.
A B2B manufacturing website engagement — a quantitative review of 24 competitors, three proposal revisions, and a signed contract.

Started master-app (Kaname App). It has been my own business platform ever since, and I use it every day.

Set the brand and founding principles for NVYR Inc. (in preparation), and put an internal policy for AI-assisted implementation and change control into effect.
Stood up the whole internal Microsoft 365 and SharePoint estate in a day: 4 sites, 11 libraries, 7 registers on real data, unified audit logging on.
Shipped the master-app and Microsoft 365 integration to production, along with an email delivery stack scoring 10/10 on mail-tester and a finished accounting integration.
Started ATELIER, this site. Through phases 0 to 3 the test count went from 17 to 581 and first contentful paint improved roughly tenfold.
